The Top 3 Vegan Protein Powders


This is my list of favorite vegan protein powders. Only 3?! Yes, because honestly, most vegan protein powders suck. Pea proteins taste savory (which is like putting ground mushrooms in a protein shake) and soy protein is frankly unhealthy.

  3. Vega (Sequel) Naturals, Vega One, Plant-Based Nutritional Shake, Chocolate
These are the ones I've used over the years and love (listed in order). Mix a scoop of life's basics into oats in the morning for about 25g protein.
